Model homes in Toll Brothers' Southwest Florida communities are showcasing the works of area artists in a featured exhibit series, "Gallery of Homes and Art."

The event is held at Belle Lago, a single-family community on Estero Parkway in Estero; The Reserve at Estero, a community of single-family homes also on Estero Parkway; and Firano at Naples, a new community of single-family homes off Davis Boulevard in Naples.

"The exhibition will take place for three consecutive months — January, February and March — with 10 local artists featured each month," said Ken Thirtyacre, president of Toll Brothers Florida West Division. "An artist's work will be on display and available for sale in each designer-furnished model in every open Toll Brothers' community for the entire month."

A portion of the proceeds from any artwork sold during the exhibition will benefit local charities, with The Children's Advocacy Center of Collier County the recipient for Firano at Naples and Abuse Counseling and Treatment, Inc. the recipient of donations from sales at Belle Lago and The Reserve at Estero.

The second Saturday of the month Toll Brothers will host a "Meet the Artist" day at each community. The first "Meet the Artist" day will be held Saturday, Jan. 10, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Additional "Meet the Artist" dates are Saturday, Feb. 14, and Saturday, March 14.

Featured artists for the January exhibit are Priscilla Powers, Stephen Gray-Blancett, Kathy Ross and Constance Perry at Belle Lago.

The Reserve at Estero will feature the works of Lynne Reinas, Coral McArdles, Paul Rodino and Nancy Hall.

Firano at Naples will showcase Joseph Swenarton and Trudy Bentley Rech.

"We see this as a unique opportunity to recognize the substantial artistic talent in Southwest Florida while at the same time supporting worthwhile area charities," Mr. Thirtyacre said. "Seeing art in the context of a beautiful home is a more personal experience as art enthusiasts can easily envision it on their own walls in this setting.

"We also want to invite visitors to tour each community to see the extensive resort type of amenities included in communities by Toll Brothers."

Belle Lago offers a total of 15 home designs, ranging in size from 2,058 to 4,354 square feet and priced from the mid-$400,000s. Four award-winning designer-furnished models are available for viewing.

Two separate home design collections are offered at The Reserve at Estero, each with a selection of four elevations. Four designer-furnished models are available for viewing. Homes are priced from the upper $200,000s.

Two designer-furnished models are available for viewing at Firano at Naples, the Biella and Tiena. Pricing at Firano at Naples begins in the low $400,000s.
