Jim and Penny Hetmanek have been recognized as the top sales agents and the Karen Bell Team was recognized for the top sales. Dan Cohn was recognized for the top listings. Mr. Cohn has been the top company salesperson four times, the top company listing agent eight times, and he has had more than $175 million in closed sales on Sanibel and Captiva.
