CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples announced the following transactions:

Clean Up Group, Inc leased 1,500 square feet at 28731 S. Cargo Court, Bonita Springs, from Collier District, LLC. Doris Taylor of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples, brokered the transaction.

Edward Jones leased 1,000 square feet at 3365 Bobcat Village Road, North Port, from Peter Genersich. Ron Struthers of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples, represented the landlord and Central Florida Commercial Realty, LLC represented the tenant.

James Michael Salon and Spa leased 920 square feet in Tower Plaza, 3652 Tamiami Trail N., Naples, from Commercial Trust Real Estate Services Land Trust. Bill Young of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples brokered the transaction.

Cypress Realty GMAC Real Estate announced the following transaction:

Buddy E. Vasbinder purchased 3.25 acres with 25,000 square feet of improvements located at 2808 Fowler Street from Dixie Buick Pontiac GMC Truck, Inc. for $900,000. Bob Wade with Cypress Realty GMAC Real Estate represented the sellers and David Winner of ABB Commercial represented the buyers.

Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers announced the following transaction:

General Insulation Company, Inc. leased a 15,240-square-foot office at 1850 Ortiz Avenue, Suite 110, Fort Myers, from East Group Properties. Gary Tasman and Shawn Stoneburner of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers negotiated the lease transaction.
