New Model Center Park opens at Magnolia Landing

Magnolia Landing Model Viewing the model residences at Taylor Morrison's Magnolia Landing community in North Fort Myers is now a convenient, pleasant experience for potential homebuyers. The newly opened Model Park offers a real-life display of the homes and lifestyle offered at Magnolia Landing.

With four model homes and seven unique executive and patio home designs, each model showcases open, Florida-style living space, the latest appliance packages and a reflection of the quality building for which Taylor Morrison is known.

Pre-opening pricing is still in place and a series of grand opening events will begin in January at the Magnolia Landing Model Park.

Home ownership at Magnolia Landing includes golf on the championship Gordon Lewis-designed course and all the amenities of country club living. The clubhouse includes a pro shop and the Grille at Magnolia Landing overseen by renowned Chef David Shall. Just inside the manned entry gate, a state-of-the-art fitness center and lap pool complex are nearly complete. The fitness center will offer cardio, stretching and weight training equipment as well as an aerobics room, yoga and Pilates classes, and massage treatment rooms.
