Cape Coral

>>At Cape Harbour Marina at 5789 Cape Harbour Dr., there will be live music, throngs of loony revelers and a ball drop at midnight along with all the balloons. Local favorite band A 200 will play a mix of blues and rock starting at 8 p.m. in the promenade. There, diners can make reservations at Rumrunners (542-0200), get served on a first come basis at The Joint (542-0123) or try Pignoli, an Epicurean marketplace (542-0800), which will also offer dining, drinks and live music. "All the festivities will kind of come to a midnight finally," said Jeff Gately, an owner of Rumrunners and the Joint. "I'm nearly sold out at Rumrunners, so if they'd like a reservation, they need to do it quickly." A shuttle will run from the Publix lot at the corner of Cape Coral Parkway and Chiquita, to and from the party.
