Vince Honc, commercial associate at RE/MAX Realty Group, Fort Myers, has successfully completed the first segment toward earning the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The designation process ensures that CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice. Every professional achieving the designation has successfully completed a graduate-level curriculum totaling 200 classroom hours, as well as completing a comprehensive exam. Only 6 percent of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the elite CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but why it is the most coveted and respected designation in commercial investment real estate. RE/MAX Realty Group has six CCIM designees, averaging more than 17 years professional real estate experience. Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate announced that Sue Wolverton has been appointed the regional senior vice president for the company's Southwest Florida area. This move expands her responsibilities to include Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, Collier and Lee counties. Ms. Wolverton has more than 32 years of real-estate experience, the majority of which has been in management roles. In her new capacity, she will oversee 19 offices and nearly 1,000 sales associates.
