Kratt Veritas Employer Services has named Rebecca A. Kratt director of client care and benefits administration, with responsibility for the administration of all client benefits programs, including medical, disability, dental and various life insurances; coordinating Section 125 and 401(k) plans; database management; and strategic partnerships. Ms. Kratt is a graduate of Barry University with a master's in human resources-development administration and brings more than 20 years of experience in the areas of training, education, recruitment, human resources and employer benefits. She is a member of Professional Human Resources and the Society of Human Resources Management and is on the board of the Collier Chapter of Human Resources.
