Christine A. Ross has been named the new president and CEO of the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Ross is currently the president and CEO of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce in Falmouth, Mass. She will begin her new appointment on Jan. 5, approximately two months after former president and CEO Nancy Keefer's departure. Her leadership responsibilities will include the implementation of the 2008-2009 business plan and the continued implementation of the fiveyear strategic plan. The chamber's search committee conducted a nationwide search, narrowing the field of more than 40 qualified candidates down to three. Ms. Ross was selected from the final three after in-person interviews with all three candidates.
