Rasmussen Rasmussen Encore Bank has appointed W. Jay Rasmussen to president, Collier County. Mr. Rasmussen will be responsible for developing and implementing regional strategies, which include commercial, business, private, and retail banking within Collier County. His office is located at Encore's regional headquarters at 3003 Tamiami Trail in Naples, and he will report to Tom Ray, president, Encore Bank Florida. Most recently, Mr. Rasmussen developed the commercial loan portfolio and depository relationships at CNL Bank.
