Asif Choudhury purchased an 880-square-foot office condo for $150,000.00 from Fish Properties, Inc. The property is at 923 Del Prado S. Blvd., Suite 206, Cape Coral. Laura Fish, CCIM of Pate Taylor Commercial Real Estate represented the seller and Robyn Wright and Alex Wright, CCIM of Woodyard & Associates, LLC represented the buyer.

THP, LLC leased a 21,107-square-foot freestanding research and development facility at 10061 Amberwood Road, Suite 110, Fort Myers to Certified Diabetic Services. Certified Diabetic Services is relocating from Collier County. Gary Tasman and Brandon Stoneburner of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers negotiated the lease transaction.

Furball Properties, LLC purchased a 5,460-square-foot freestanding office at 26530 Mallard Way, Punta Gorda from Florida Community Bank for $750,000. The building will be owner-user occupied. Gary Tasman and Shawn Stoneburner of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers negotiated transaction.
