. Compass Construction, Inc. of Cape Coral has completed the renovation of The Helm Club at the Landings Yacht, Golf and Tennis Club in Fort Myers. The renovation consisted of the existing 25,000-square-foot clubhouse, golf and tennis shops. Construction started in June and was completed in mid-November. Full Story

. SchenkelShultz Architecture, Fort Myers designed Seminole County Public Schools' $13.2 million, 112,225-squarefoot new Midway Elementary School in Sanford near Orlando. The two-story facility is designed according to the LEED Certification requirements of the U.S. Green Building Council. Full Story
