Realtor Association launches new Web site

The Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc. has launched a comprehensive Web site for real estate listings and information on available properties in Southwest Florida.

FloridaGulfcoastHomesLive.com provides Internet consumers with real-time information and MLS search engines for searching properties by zip code, price, amenities and property type. With more than 4,500 Realtor members uploading listings to the site on a continuous basis, consumers will be provided with updates every 15 minutes ensuring that the site is the most up-todate and robust database of properties available in Southwest Florida.

FloridaGulfcoastHomesLive.com is loaded with exclusive regional information compiled by the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc. containing 360-degree aerial views of more than 100 Southwest Florida neighborhoods, including where to shop and dine, in addition to Realtor blogs on neighborhood amenities and activities unique to each waterfront, golf course and family-friendly community. The association is working with Jeff Koehn, former director of classified advertising and digital sales for The News-Press to promote the site to area businesses and service providers. Part-time and year-round residents will still have access to snoopzone. info, where the association posts tourism information, entertainment selections, county demographics, affordable housing and special financing options. The association will link the two Web sites to provide a single information source. Latest figures show the usage time on the snoopzone.info Web site is approaching 90 minutes per visit.
