CB Richard Ellis to aid feds in disposing properties

CB Richard Ellis has been selected as a primary advisor to the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for its Owned Real Estate portfolios nationwide.

CB Richard Ellis will be responsible for overseeing the management, leasing and disposition of the FDIC's residential and commercial portfolios throughout all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The portfolios are comprised of assets held by the FDIC in its capacity as receiver for failed financial institutions.
