Lauren Snyder Hagan has joined Grosse Pointe Development as the director of sales. Ms. Hagan will direct all sales and marketing operations for the developer's communities, including Tarpon Point Marina, The Resort at MarinaVillage, and The Residences at Bell Tower Park. Ms. Hagan joined the Grosse Pointe Development Team in 2002. She is the lead broker for the company and has been a real estate professional in Lee and Collier counties since 1981. She is an active member of the Fort Myers Board of Realtors and the Bonita Estero Board of Realtors.

Snyder Snyder Cypress Realty Inc. GMAC Real Estate announced that Gina Goodrich has been named premier selling agent for November. Shane Wilson was named premier listing agent for November.
