Somehow, I've inherited six dogs. We had two, and then we went to Animal Services, the pound, to adopt one more. Three is a lot, way too many we told ourselves, but it's good for the boys. And we like dogs, too, my wife Amy and I. Full Story

Oh dark thirty: This means that it is now some undefined time, some very early hour in the darkness before dawn. They tell me that the darkness before dawn is the darkest darkness.
