Four new model residences are now open at North Star Yacht Club, twin 12-story high rises with penthouse level located along the Caloosahatchee River in North Fort Myers. Designed by Bruce Mair, ASID and his assistant Greg Green, the models showcase four unique floor plans representing some of the area's largest riverfront condominiums.

The spacious 2,026-square-foot Aquarius is one of North Star Yacht Club's most popular models, featuring three bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. Aquarius is uniquely highlighted by two large balconies, one that wraps around two sides of the residence for a panoramic scenic view of the river and city skyline.

The Libra offers 1,902 square feet of living area with two bedrooms plus den and two baths. The open kitchen floor plan and combined dining and great room areas give this residence a large, airy feel.

With 1,757 square feet of living space, the Capricorn includes two bedrooms plus den and two baths. The large balcony provides plenty of light for the master and guest bedroom.

The largest of the four condominiums, the three-bedroom, 2 ½ bath Orion encompasses 2,129 square feet of living space with a spacious master suite and open great room floor plan.

To make each model memorable, Mr. Mair and Mr. Green selected different color palettes and themes: spring green and pale blues; slate blue with cream accents; dark blues and golds in the Ralph Lauren style; and more traditional shades of green.

All four models offer a fresh, contemporary feel that matches the building's architecture. Soft, subtle window treatments are designed not to distract from the spectacular views from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

North Star Yacht Club offers waterfront condominium residences from the low $300,000s, which includes an array of amenities including: an expansive clubhouse with theater, health club, business center, and resort-style pool. The 12-acre property also boasts a private marina walk and adjoining boat slips.
