Kislyanka Irina Kislyanka, a specialist in residential sales and rentals, has joined Weichert, Realtors - On The Gulf. She serves clients in Collier County and surrounding areas as a member of the Naples Board of Realtors. Prior to joining the Naples firm, she worked as a real-estate agent in California and in the healthcare industry.

Andrew Falde, CCIM, investment specialist with Colliers Arnold, was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world. Only about 7 per- cent of the commercial real-estate practitioners in North America currently hold the CCIM designation. Mr. Falde has been active in the local CCIM chapter, having served as secretary of the Southwest Florida District and chairman of the Candidate Development Committee in 2008. He will also serve as the Southwest Florida District's vice president in 2009.
