Savage Sam Savage has rejoined the staff of Congress Jewelers as its jewelry appraiser and estate jewelry buyer. Mr. Savage, a graduate of Ohio State University, has 38 years of experience in the jewelry business and has managed stores in Madison, Wis., North Carolina, Tampa, Port Charlotte and Fort Myers. He previously was associated with Congress Jewelers from 2001 until 2005. Mr. Savage is certified in diamond grading by the Gemological Institute of America. He will provide estate buying and appraisal services by appointment at the Congress Jewelers locations on Sanibel Island, on U.S. 41 in Bonita Springs and at Coastland Center in Naples.
