Hormone, menopause lecture Dec. 13

Dr. David Dyer will lecture to men and women on the topic of hormones and menopause on Saturday, Dec. 13, from 10 a.m. to noon at BNN Times at 1870 Clayton Ct., Fort Myers.

Hormones can play havoc in our lives when they are not in balance, but when balanced they can make us feel healthy and energetic. Participants will learn how to keep hormones in balance, enabling us to sleep better, manage weight, and improve libido.
