Gilkey opens second office

Gilkey Realty Inc., a Bonita Springsbased commercial real estate company specializing in the marketing and sale of large land tracts and commercial properties, has opened a second office at 1778 Park Avenue N. in Maitland. The company will serve the Orlando area from this new office.

Jason Gilkey, broker and Orlando area manager, will be based in the Maitland office. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in business administration and real estate, and he is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member and Accredited Land Consultant designations.
