Heath Heath Taylor Morrison has named John Heath area sales manager for the Fort Myers area. A real estate professional since 2003, Mr. Heath is responsible for all sales related activities in Taylor Morrison communities, including Magnolia Landing, Sandoval, Avalon Preserve, River Hall, Tortuga, Lucaya, Estero Palms, Mediterra and Treviso Bay. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has been a Southwest Florida resident for more than eight years.

Steve Petty has joined VIP Realty Group, Inc. of Fort Myers. With more than 21 years of real estate experience in Lee County, Mr. Petty has found that the latest technologies are enabling him to do everything much more quickly and efficiently, as well as extend the range of services provided his clients.

Lynne Marley and Kimberly Schaub have joined the sales team at Paseo, a private, gated community located in South Fort Myers and recipient of 2008 Community of the Year. A native of Glenview, Ill., Ms. Marley has been a resident of Florida since 1984 and has 23 years of real estate sales experience. Prior to joining the sales team at Paseo, she served in central sales with several Naples and Estero masterplanned communities. Ms. Schaub is a graduate of Iowa State University and has been a resident of Florida since 1997 and a Realtor for 16 years. Prior to joining the sales team at Paseo, Ms. Schaub served as a sales associate for KB Home since 1995.

Petty Petty Sandi Roberts has joined Keller Williams Realty of Bonita Springs. Ms. Roberts has lived in Southwest Florida for more than 25 years. She will be working with the Jordan Team.

RE/MAX Realty Group, Fort Myers, has named Jim Woodard as director of technology training. Mr. Woodard will train his associates on the use of the RE/ MAX Design Center, Leadstreet, RE/MAX University, and other technologies that give associates a competitive edge.

Woodard Woodard Vince Honc has joined the office of RE/MAX Realty Group, Fort Myers, as a commercial and residential associate. Mr. Honc has spent his working career locally buying, selling and developing both residential and commercial property. He developed and sold several small residential communities and has also assembled, permitted, and sold multiple mine sites in Lee and Charlotte counties.
