Insignares Insignares Luis E. Insignares of the law firm of Luis E. Insignares, P.A. has been appointed to the executive council of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. The executive council is the governing body of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Insignares is the associate editor of the Florida Bar Family Law Section Commentator and serves as co-vice-chair of the Support Issues Committee and vice-chair of the Publications Committee.
