Coping weekend retreat planned

Willo Uhl will be hosting a weekend retreat for individuals, couples, and groups from Friday, Dec. 12 through Sunday, Dec. 15 at the Center To Self Reliance. The national and local economy has an effect on the way we all live and think, making it increasingly difficult to be self confident, cope with change, and deal with others around us. The nationally recognized weekend retreat, being offered locally, will help people learn to cope and understand themselves and others better.
