After-hours sports clinic just for young athletes

Pediatric Orthopedics of Southwest Florida is offering an after-hours sports clinic for young athletes injured in sports or weekend activities, such as Friday night football sprains, strains and breaks to falls in gymnastics, skateboarding accidents, and more. The Sports Clinic is open every Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Peds Ortho Office on the HealthPark Florida Campus off Summerlin Road. The Sports Clinic is the only clinic of its kind in Southwest Florida and is staffed by a highlytrained team in Sports Medicine, which specializes in diagnosing and treating children and teens with sports-related injuries.

Pediatric Orthopedics of Southwest Florida offers advanced treatment and orthopedic care specialized for children. Specialists and staff include F. Brett Shannon, D.O.; John A. Churchill, MD; Michael Young P.A.-C., and Ashley A. Courtney, P.A.-C.
