Speakers announced for Market Pulse 2009
Hunter The Bonita/Estero Market Pulse 2009 committee announced that Bradley Hunter, Michael Timmerman and Jim Garinger will be this year's guest speakers. Recognized as experts in their fields, they will each present current trends for area residential and commercial real estate, as well as economic forecasts based on their research and data.
Bonita/Estero MarketPulse is an event organized by the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of REALTORS, Inc. and will take place on Tuesday,
March 24 at the Three Oaks Banquet & Conference Center in Estero. Registration and networking begin at 7:30 a.m., and presentations are from 8 to 10 a.m. An informational trend booklet and breakfast are included with the admission ticket. The 2009 co-chairs are Nancy Dalaskey, Oswald Trippe & Company, Inc. and Nigel Fullick, SouthView Mortgage.
With a diverse background in real estate and local market economics, Mr. Hunter is the director of Metrostudy's South Florida Division. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and serves on the Housing Market Forecast Panel for the Housing Market Report, a national newsletter. Mr. Hunter is regularly cited in local and national journals. He graduated in 1985 from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in economics.
Timmerman As a senior manager at Fishkind and Associates, Mr. Timmerman manages consulting assignments throughout the Southeast. He has more than 25 years of experience in the industry including consulting, valuation, and geo-spatial analysis of a broad spectrum of residential and commercial properties.
As the principal and managing director in the Fort Myers office of Colliers Arnold, Mr. Garinger has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate with expertise in investment properties and land sales.
