Robb & Stucky refurbishes South Seas Resort units
Michelle Taylor Perry, ASID Robb & Stucky Interiors has recently completed the installation of 26 units for one of Hilton Grand Vacations Company's vacation ownership resorts at South Seas Resort on Captiva Island.
Michelle Taylor Perry, ASID, and Jan Walker directed the redesign for Plantation Beach Club Phase II, giving the two-bedroom, two-bath units a new, soothing tropical appearance.
"Since the units are directly on the water and overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, our intention was to bring the outside in with a palette of ocean colors including tones of aquas and greens to help give the property a beach cottage look and feel," said Ms. Perry.
Over the years, Robb & Stucky has had a long relationship with the Captiva resort since The Mariner Group once owned both companies. Robb & Stucky has continued to furnish many of the five vacation ownership resorts within the 330-acre property as well as other hotels, resorts and fractional properties across the country.
"We understand the importance of interior design and quality furnishings in today's vacation ownership resorts. Our goal was to work with the management company and update the design package to reflect fresh new colors and styles appropriate for hospitality usage," Ms. Perry said.
Robb & Stucky provides complete turn-key furnishings for commercial clients and coordinates every facet of the design, manufacturing, shipping, and installation process. With a total staff of more than 1,280 employees, the company's design professionals can be mobilized from any part of the globe, serving clients from Miami to Manhattan to Mexico and The Americas.
