Foreclosure seminar set for Nov. 20

Richard DeBoest of Condo & HOA Law Group, in cooperation with Broadway Association Management, offers a free foreclosure seminar at the Lakes Regional Library on Thursday, Nov. 20, at 10 a.m.

The seminar, "Impact of Increased Foreclosures on Condominium Associations Budgets," will give owners and board members information on how to handle some very difficult decisions for communities, how to handle filling liens, how to adjust budgets and more. Mr. DeBoest will lead the two-hour seminar with a short update on foreclosures followed by an open forum for questions and answers. Seating is limited. A reservation is required.
