Lorraine Albino-Hinckley d/b/a Primerica Financial Services leased office space for 14 months from Pinebrook Pine, LLC, at 12995 S. Cleveland Ave., PBS 36, Fort Myers. Steve Wood of Woodyard & Associates, LLC negotiated the transaction.

Dan Iverson leased office space from Pinebrook Pine, LLC, at 12995 S. Cleveland Ave., PBS 3, Fort Myers. Steve Wood of Woodyard & Associates, LLC negotiated the transaction.

Swanky Lifestyle, LLC leased 1,854 square feet of office space for four years, five months, from Pinebrook Pine, LLC, at 12995 S. Cleveland Ave., Suite 160, Fort Myers. Steve Wood and Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates, LLC negotiated the transaction.

Data Center Resources, LLC leased 1,890 square feet of office space for three years from Chris and Sally Jones, at 9200 Estero Park Commons Blvd., Suite 5, Estero. Matthew Stepan of Premier Commercial Properties represented the lessor and Steve Wood of Woodyard & Associates, LLC represented the lessee.

Horizon Care Services renewed its lease for office space from Pinebrook Pines, LLC, at 12995 S. Cleveland Ave., Suite 242, Fort Myers. Steve Wood and Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates, LLC negotiated the transaction.

Girard Environmental leased 4,500 square feet of office/warehouse space from Ortiz Real Property, LLC, located at 1975 Ortiz Ave., Fort Myers. Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates, LLC and Connie Dean of Colonial Square Realty of Fort Myers, LLC negotiated the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield announced the following transaction:

Acxiom Corporation leased the 12,497-square-foot entire third floor office space at 2503 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, from Rapid Fire Development, LLC. Acxiom is a large, international, publicly-traded, technology firm that provides customer and information management solutions to its clients worldwide. Gary Tasman of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers represented the landlord and Phil Deems of Phil Deems Real Estate represented the tenant.

McGarvey Development Company announced the following transactions:

Gravity Benefits Inc. leased 2,070 square feet of office space from McGarvey Development Company, located at Riverview Corporate Center, 27299 Riverview Center Blvd., Fort Myers. Matt Price of McGarvey Development Company negotiated this transaction.

Stanton Door Company leased 9,600 square feet of office and warehouse space from McGarvey Development Company, located at Eastlinks Business Park, 12601 Corporate Lakes Dr., Fort Myers. Charles Jans of McGarvey Development Company negotiated this transaction.

Pepitone Properties Corp. has relocated its offices to 8890 Salrose Lane, Suite 200. Fort Myers, in the newly built Bella Villa Shops located one-quarter mile west of Interstate 75 on Daniel's Parkway.

Colliers Arnold announced the following transactions:

Riverside Investors, LLC purchased 1.1 acres of land located on South Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers, from Sassy, LLC. Jim Garinger, CCIM, and Andrew Falde, CCIM, of Colliers Arnold negotiated the transaction.

Children's Network of Southwest Florida leased 12,886 square feet of office space located at 4150 Ford Street in Fort Myers from 4150 Ford Street Fort Myers FL, LLC. Brandon Stoneburner of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. Jason Chang of Colliers Arnold represented the tenant.

All in Nonprofit Club, Inc. leased 3,750 square feet of retail space in Murdock Plaza, located at 1700 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, from SK Properties of Kansas, Ltd. Karl Lippek, P.E., CCIM, of Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction.

Cost Cutters Family Hair Care leased 873 square feet of retail space in Pavilion Shopping Center, located at 871 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Naples, from Equity One, Inc. Karen Johnson-Crowther of Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction.

Wellness Center leased 1,000 square feet of retail space located at 13550 Reflections Lake, Fort Myers, from Real Estate Services International, Inc. Skip Bentley of Skip Bentley Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Karen Johnson-Crowther of Colliers Arnold represented the tenant.

Romantic Weddings leased 728 square feet of office space at 6204 Presidential Suite, Fort Myers, from NZ Group LLC. Karen Johnson-Crowther of Colliers Arnold represented the landlord. Jim Tamblyn of Colliers Arnold represented the Tenant.
