Clark The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., announced that four stockholders were recently selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2009. They are Thomas P. Clark, John A. Noland, David M. Platt and Bruce M. Stanley Sr. Mr. Stanley will also be named one of Fort Myers Area Best Lawyers, Personal Injury Litigator of the Year for 2009. The Best Lawyers in America is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey in which more than 25,000 leading attorneys cast almost two million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their specialties. Corporate Counsel magazine has called Best Lawyers "the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice."
