Back and neck education classes

Lee Memorial Health System's Spine Center has developed a back and neck education class offered to the community. The class is taught by a physical therapist with special training and interest in spine patients. The class will cover such things as posture and body mechanics, getting back to work and daily activities after injury or surgery, general exercises and well as education on preventing and decreasing back and neck pain.

Classes are:

Thursday, Nov. 13, at 6 p.m. at Lee Center for Rehabilitation and Wellness, 2070 Carrell Road, Fort Myers; Tuesday, Dec. 9 at 6 p.m., The Wellness Center of Cape Coral, 609 SE 13th Ct., Cape Coral; Thursday, Dec. 11 at 6 p.m., Lee Center for Rehabilitation and Wellness, 2070 Carrell Road, Fort Myers.
