A celebration with Reiko
Charles and Dorothy Munsch will be hosting a Symphony Society treat honoring Concertmaster Reiko Niiya on Saturday Nov. 15 at 4 p.m. in their Cape Coral home. Ms. Niiya will be performing favorites including "Meditation" from "Thais Hall" by Jules Massennet and "Think of Me" from "Phantom of the Opera" by Andrew Lloyd Webber. For a real treat, Ms. Niiya will be accompanied for the first time by Maestro Michael Hall on piano. Violin students from Ms. Niiya's studio will also be performing with her, including "Adagio" by Samuel Barber.
Tickets are $50 and include a wine and hor d'oeurves reception following performance. Tickets are limited. Contact Dorothy Munsch to make a reservation at 549-7112.
