Miromar adds new beachfront development

The neighborhood has only 16 home sites, three of which have already been sold. Each site features frontage along a wide stretch of private white sandy beach and southwest views across 250-acre Lake Como. Located at The Peninsula, Miromar Lakes' newest section, Costa Amalfi will have boat slips available, providing easy access to the over 700 acres of contiguous freshwater lakes.

"As waterfront property and dock space become scarce in Florida, we are excited about being able to meet the continuing demand with this magnificent neighborhood that offers home sites directly on the beach and phenomenal waterfront views," said Jerry Schmoyer, executive vice president/ general manager for Miromar Development.

Floor plans for Costa Amalfi are in the planning stage and are anticipated to introduce a unique "Beach Cottage" single-family home design to Southwest Florida. Home sizes are projected to range from 1,800 to 2,800 air-conditioned square feet and participating builders are to be named. Home sites begin at $280,000.
