Construction reaches final floor in Ravenna at Miromar Lakes

Construction on the first building in Ravenna at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club has reached the third and final floor with topping out expected early this month. Ravenna is a neighborhood of luxury waterfront condominiums on Lake Como, with residences on three floors over private parking and boathouses. Upon completion, residents will be able to access their boats right at the doorstep of their own boathouse and enjoy boating, sailing, water-skiing, in-lake swimming and fishing on Miromar Lakes' 700 acres of contiguous aquamarine freshwater lakes as well as "commute" to the Beach Club.

Surrounded by water, this Venetianinspired enclave will feature cobblestone streets, lush landscaping and only 60 residences in an island setting. Each home will enjoy expansive panoramic views of both Lake Como and Lake Maggiore.

The first building is anticipated to be completed in early 2009 and will include three furnished models. First-floor residences in Ravenna encompass 2,842 airconditioned square feet; second-floor residences include 3,630 air-conditioned square feet; and third-floor residences have 3,975 air-conditioned square feet. All residences include a two-car garage, a private elevator and an easily accessible covered boathouse.

Pricing for Ravenna begins at $1,550,000 and the models will be available for leaseback. Ravenna's builder, Gulfshore Homes, has designed and constructed award-winning homes for decades.
