Sugarland headlines second annual Lakeside Country Bash

COURTESY PHOTO Country music sensation Sugarland will headline the second annual Sam Galloway Ford Lakeside Country Bash at Lakes Park on Nov. 8. The Lakes Park Enrichment Foundation, Lee County Parks and Recreation and Gator Country 101.9 FM are planning the outdoor concert with international concert promoter AEG Live.

In support of their recently released third studio album, "Love on the Inside," Sugarland will bring the nationwide "Love on the Inside" tour with special guests Kellie Pickler and Ashton Shepherd to Fort Myers. Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush make up the country duo Sugarland, who exploded onto the music scene in 2004 with the multi-platinum selling album "Twice the Speed of Life." Their second album, "Enjoy the Ride," has sold more than 2 million copies and spawned three No. 1 hits. Their debut single from "Love on the Inside," "All I Want to Do," is the highest country chart debut of their career.

Gates open at 3 p.m., with the first performance beginning at 3:30 p.m.

Tickets for the concert are $35 in advance and $40 at the gate, with proceeds benefiting the Lakes Park Enrichment Foundation.
