Estero Art Show Nov. 15 and 16

'Shell Martini' by Linda Mayes 'Shell Martini' by Linda Mayes The Second bi-annual Estero Fine Art Show on Nov. 15 and 16 brings highquality juried artists from the U.S. and Canada to sell their art at Miromar Outlets.

This fine art event showcases artists' work in glass, clay, wood, fiber, jewelry, sculpture, painting, photography and metal. The focus is on quality and originality.

The event will be staged on the southeast side of the mall, near the intersection of Corkscrew Road and Ben Hill Griffin Parkway. This show is different from other art shows in the area in a number of ways. Many of the nation's best artists exhibit at this show. In order to attract the best artists, $1,500 in Artist Awards is given away.

The show runs Saturday, Nov. 15, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 16, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is free. In addition to great food, there is live entertainment, artist demonstrations and children's art activities.

There is something for everyone at this event. Dad can relax in the beverage tent while the kids create refrigerator-quality masterpieces in the kids' art tent, while Mom enjoys the garden.
