Dawn Platt has been named marketing director and Dottie Reed has been named residence director at Windsor of Cape Coral. Both Ms. Platt and Ms. Reed bring years of experience to the new residence facility. A resident of Southwest Florida, Ms. Platt draws her marketing experience from working in several health related fields such as long-term care, rehabilitation, home health and assisted living. Ms. Reed obtained her bachelor's degree in gerontology from the University of Buffalo. Since then, she has worked in many aspects of the assisted care industry, including executive director, operations specialist, and as a start-up director helping to launch assisted care facilities in several states.
