Songy Partners LLC announced the following transaction:

Verizon Wireless will lease approximately 8,000 square feet in building #2 located at 9160 Forum Corporate Parkway, Fort Myers. The Forum Corporate Park is a new, 30-acre office park, that will consist of six building sites, totaling 375,000 square feet of Class A office space. Songy Partners is currently vertically developing two Class A buildings in Phase 1 totaling 140,000 square feet.
