The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., announced that attorney
Richard Mancini, an associate in the firm's Bonita Springs office, has been elected vice president of the Foundation for the Developmentally Disabled. Mr. Mancini is a commercial litigator. His practice includes securities and investor-related litigation, arbitration and mediation. He lectures on topics of investor relations, broker/dealer compliance issues and investment fraud, and is an adjunct professor in the School of Professional Studies, Legal Studies, at Hodges University. Mr. Mancini received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida, and his law degree from the St. Thomas University School of Law, with honors.
