Toll Brothers opens new model in Firano at Naples

Toll Brothers has released a new furnished Biella villa home at Firano at Naples, a new community of single-family homes off the Davis Boulevard corridor in Naples.

The Biella, which features the Tuscan exterior, has a southern exposure with a preserve view that enhances the caged custom pool and extended lanai. Special features include 18-inch tile set on the diagonal in living areas, glass block in the master bathroom, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The Biella is a three-bedroom, two-bath home with 2,058 square feet of air-conditioned living space. With a two-car garage, lanai and entry, the home includes 2,777 total square feet. Ideal for entertaining, the Biella features a large great room and open kitchen as well as the privacy of an expansive master suite with luxurious bath.

The home is being offered with interior furnishings by Baer's Furniture for $574,995, or unfurnished priced at $479,995.

Firano at Naples will include 112 singlefamily homes on approximately 40 acres when completed. Nine home designs - each with a choice of four exteriors - are being offered with pricing beginning in the $300,000s. Designs range from 2,058 to 3,753 air-conditioned square feet.

Community amenities now under construction include a clubhouse with a community room, catering kitchen, fitness center, and media center. Outdoors there will be a resort-style pool with sunning decks, a spa and an array of other amenities.
