Miromar Lakes named 'Best Community' by Collier builders

For the sixth consecutive year, Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club has been named Best Community and Best Clubhouse by the Collier Building Industry Association at last annual Sand Dollar Awards, given in recognition of residential and marketing design excellence.

Sand Dollar judges who visited Miromar Lakes gave perfect scores on criteria such as community entrance, variety of residential product, recreational facilities, signage and lighting, appeal of common areas, effective and efficient use of land space, overall quality of maintenance, overall sales success, overall design, home buyer's investment value and location.

The new Miromar Lakes Beach Clubhouse was named Best Clubhouse for 2008 in the category "based on average home price within the community over $750,001." The judges noted its uniquely elegant exterior and interior design. The Miromar Lakes Community Web site also received a 2008 Sand Dollar Award.
