'Fun is Good' conference on tap

The phrase "Fun Is Good" has become known in the marketing world. Behind this catchy phrase is Mike Veeck, part owner of five minor league baseball teams, consultant for one, author of "Fun Is Good: How to Create Joy and Passion in Your Work Place" and founder of Veeck Advertising Professionals.

As founder of the Veeck Promotional Seminar, he has decided to bring the "Fun Is Good" philosophy to Southwest Florida. In a jam-packed two day event the Veeck Fun is Good Conference will cover a variety of business topics, including sales, employee retention, today's economic impact on revenue generation and fun in the workplace, with the overall theme "Harnessing Creative Power."
