CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers - Naples announced the following transaction:

A prominent office building in Lee County, occupied by JPMorgan Chase and Fort Myers Ophthalmology, has been sold for $3 million, or $277.09 per rentable square foot. The building, located at 13051 University Drive, was purchased by CDW 13051 University Drive, LLC , a local real estate investment group. The sale was arranged by Randal L. Mercer of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers - Naples, representing the buyer and Linda Haas, principal with Commercial Property Specialists, Inc. Both tenants will continue to occupy the building under long-term leases.
