Gault Southwest Capital Bank has hired Wendy Gault as manager and vice president of its residential lending division. Gault brings more than 20 years experience in residential lending to her position at the bank. She is a member of the Fort Myers Board of Realtors and the Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce.

Linda Bennett has joined Southwest Capital Bank as a residential loan processor and closer. She comes with more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Originally from the Minneapolis area, she has been in Southwest Florida for more than four years.

Leni Rivera has been appointed teller supervisor at First Community Bank of Southwest Florida's newest branch at 25235 South Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs. Rivera has been in the banking industry as a teller for 30 years. She speaks fluent Spanish.
