Oehlbeck's biography named best in Florida

Glades County resident Barbara Oehlbeck'sbook, "Mama… Root, Hog, or Die" has been named best biography/ autobiography for 2008 by the Florida Publishers Association.

The 2008 President's Book Awards were given in 16 categories from adult fiction to children's non-fiction.

Oehlbeck is a former Fort Myers resident who currently lives on "51 extraordinary acres" in Glades County near LaBelle.
