Stock Development has released plans for a new furnished model center at Paseo in Lee County. Fourteen new models will be open for the upcoming winter sales season, said Anthony Lucas, vice president of sales for Paseo,. Mediterra Sports Club expansion nearly complete
The expansion construction at the Sports Club at Mediterra is 90 percent complete. The work will increase the building's existing 7,852 square feet to more than 14,000 square feet and include three spa treatment rooms, a manicure/ pedicure room, an expanded fitness room and studio and a large multipurpose room with a catering kitchen. Bonita Bay Group reports that Bellezza at Mediterra, a neighborhood of 43 detached single-family villas, is 86 percent sold. Thirtyseven of the 43 homes in the neighborhood have sold. Full Story
