Compass Construction, Inc. has completed Redeemer Lutheran Church located on Winkler Avenue east of Verconia Shoemaker Boulvard. The new facility includes worship space, classrooms, administrative offices, a nursery, and a cafe'. Seating capacity of the sanctuary is 259 and the classrooms hold 140. Full Story
Commercial design
Gora/McGahey Associates in Architecture recently provided the architectural design for four new mall buildings at Miromar Outlets in Estero. The project entailed the exterior design of 88,130 square feet of new retail space, which include Neiman Marcus, Godiva Chocolatier, Bed Bath Beyond, Le Gourmet Chef and bebe. Sarlo Power Mowers, Inc. has opened a new retail and service location at 5900 Shirley St., off Pine Ridge Road in Naples, in order to better serve its residential and commercial customers in South Lee and Collier counties. Henricks Jewelers has recovered from Chapter 11 bankruptcy as a newly reorganized company. The company's Southwest Florida locations in Bonita Springs and Naples will remain open.
