Mediterra Sports Club expansion nearly complete

The work will increase the building's existing 7,852 square feet to more than 14,000 square feet and include three spa treatment rooms, a manicure/ pedicure room, an expanded fitness room and studio and a large multipurpose room with a catering kitchen. Mediterra is the 1,697-acre master-planned community being developed by Bonita Bay Group. Members will be able to enjoy the benefits of the newly expanded Sports Club when it opens in the fall.

Mediterra is now offering luxury coach homes from the $800,000s, villas from the $900,000s, single-family homesites from $300,000 and custom homes from $1.6 million to more than $7 million. Mediterra is a private, gated community.
