Bonita Bay Group reports that Bellezza at Mediterra, a neighborhood of 43 detached single-family villas, is 86 percent sold. Thirtyseven of the 43 homes in the neighborhood have sold. Bellezza is surrounded by three lakes and a nature preserve and offers views of the 12th, 13th, and 14th fairways of The North Course at Mediterra.
