Birczak The Alliance for the Arts announced Chelsea Birczak as the new publicity director. In this position, Birczak's main responsibility is to raise awareness of the organization, the designated arts agency for Lee County. Birczak is no stranger to the Alliance. She first joined the team in August 2007 as a marketing intern from Florida Gulf Coast University. After graduation, she became the Alliance's events coordinator and also assisted with publicity.
