Land Solutions, Inc announced the following transaction:
Brookwood Calusa Creek, LLC of Boston has purchased 106 single-family home sites and 118 townhome sites from Beazer Homes Corp. for $2,695,000. The home sites are located in the Calusa Creek community on Duncan Road in Port Charlotte. Brookwood also purchased the adjacent 2.87 commercial acres from Beazer Commercial Holdings, LLC for $249,987. Randy Thibaut of Land Solutions, Inc. represented Beazer in both transactions.
